ABOUT THIS CLASS

This is a free online term to help people stay fit and kPoppy around these times of isolation. We hope you're staying safe, and that this helps just a little <3

K-Pop can be anything from cute to swaggy to downright insane but this time we're all about vibes with Scream by DreamCatcher! Over the course of 7 weeks, led by dancer Leia Andrews, you will learn choreography to the track, with a focus on being able to authentically perform the actual moves used by the group. These will be free to watch via Youtube on your mobile, tv or where-ever works for you

This is a unisex class & all experience levels are welcome, from the ultimate beginners to the seasoned K-pop dancers.
This class is suitable for all ages

For this track there are 7 classes across 7 weeks.
Each class is released on Saturdays & added to the Playlist. Links are also here below:

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • Water and a smile!
  • And a towel is recommended
  • Comfortable clothing to dance in (Like these leggings and singlet)
  • Shoes which provide some support and comfort like Adidas Superstars
  • Tiles or Floorboards to dance on (carpet is okay, but it makes things a lot harder!) - try your balcony or backyard
  • space to move around in, free of cables, pets, and fragile equipment
  • A mirror where you can see yourself!
  • Optional - Knee pads may help since there is a little bit of floor work in this track
  • *Some bluetooth headphones will have audio lag, which could affect your timing. If you can, use your speakers :)
