ABOUT THIS CLASS

Coco is coming to bring back ghetto fabulous with EXID’s Lady! It’s definitely time to get those knees wobbling old school urban style!

This is an easy to moderate difficulty routine which will allow you to channel your inner lady swag!!

There are strong Hip Hop vibes through this routine but the thing I’m most excited about is the fact the running man makes an appearance!!

For this track there are 7 classes across 7 weeks.
Each class starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:00pm, on Thursdays.
