Foundations Workshops

Foundations is a workshop focused on building the core skills that support all styles of dance. The aim is to develop control, coordination, and body awareness so movement feels clearer and more comfortable.

Each workshop includes guided stretching, technique training, and focused K-pop choreography. The main focus changes each session, so you might work on isolations one month and jumps, kicks, or coordination another time. At the same time, key fundamentals show up regularly, giving you chances to practise, revisit, and improve rather than rushing through everything once.

Foundations is ideal for absolute beginners and for dancers who want to tighten their technique. Because it runs monthly and covers different material each time, many students use it as a regular tune-up to stay sharp, confident, and grounded in their basics.
